Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Incumbents are strong individual contributors who provide on-job-guidance to lower level developers. Incumbents take lead roles in an Agile project environment.

• Provide guidance to other developers.
• Implement reviews web designs created by team members to ensure products are responsive, functional, and lead to a rich user experience.
• Develop and implement new features that meet company standards in performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Develop and implement new product applications.
• Oversee troubleshooting and responsible for final review of products within the project life cycle.
• Lead analysis and design tasks with the Agile team using software development life cycle concepts.
• Work within a collaborative environment and sets team goals.
• Refine and update technical/business skills and experience through work assignments, advanced technical/business training and attending professional/business industry conferences.
• Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

• 8+ years' experience in front-end and/or back-end language required.
• 3+ years experience applying appropriate design patterns to real business problems and implementing fixes by writing code required.
• Previous experience and highly proficient with database systems and SQL required.
• Experience providing on-the-job guidance to others preferred.
• Bachelors in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities appropriately.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to collaborate with others.
