Pediatric Urgent Care - Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
Opportunity
Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking either a full-time or part-time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pediatrics.
Location: Fremont, CA

Requirements:
- 6 months related clinical experience
- Current California State NP or PA License
- CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
- Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
- Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP's
- Active DEA registration
