I do not just like my role as a Flight Attendant at Sunwing, I love it. I am part a global aviation team whose primary goal is to uphold the highest standard in air travel.. When I was hired in 2014, I was among the most amazing and supportive group of people. And, I had the opportunity to meet new people, discover new territories and broaden my knowledge about the industry. Some of my best days at work are having humorous conversations with travellers on the flights, or even helping first-time travellers feel calm and comfortable during their trip. But really, a best day is every day. A company is only as good as its staff, and I believe this company has its staff and passengers’ best interest.

Working directly with my clients to help bring their wedding vision to life is so incredibly rewarding. At LUXE we plan events in destinations all over the Caribbean and Mexico, so it keeps my job very exciting and I always feel challenged. It’s always a great day when I hear from a bride and groom that just got back from their wedding and they had the best time, and there’s nothing better than seeing photos of their big day and knowing you were a part of helping them create it.

It’s also a very exciting time to be a part of the Sunwing team because as the company continues to grow, there’s a lot of room for professional growth both at Sunwing and LUXE. One of the best parts has to be our team and office environment because while we all manage our own projects and clients, we are extremely supportive of one another. My role as Operational Planner is never boring and always interesting. It is a pleasure working with our crew, the group at OCC/Maintenance and other various departments throughout the company. It’s very fast paced and each day brings new challenges.

In my over 7 years now, I’ve truly enjoyed everything about Sunwing. I had the pleasure of being on the vacation side for 6 years in charge of Special Services and loved the role. As employees we are very fortunate to be able to experience our destinations and firsthand see what our passengers see in the way of FAMS. I had the pleasure and honour of meeting so many of our representatives in destination and caring for our disabled passengers and being able to assist and make their travels easier and worry free.
