Suntec Concrete is excited to welcome skilled and motivated Concrete Finishers to our growing team in the Phoenix Region! Our finishers play a critical role in delivering smooth, durable, and high-quality concrete surfaces that power everything from commercial developments to large-scale infrastructure.
All field and project-site positions at Suntec are safety-sensitive, meaning safety, awareness, and responsibility are essential parts of every task you perform.
What You’ll Do
- Bring concrete to life by smoothing, shaping, and finishing poured concrete floors, slabs, walls, tilt-walls, elevated slabs, and sitework.
- Spread concrete to the specified depth and consistency to ensure strong, lasting results.
- Level and finish freshly poured concrete using straightedges, floats, machine trowels, power screeds, rider trowels, and laser screeds.
- Achieve top-tier quality by power troweling, rubbing, and patching surfaces to meet Suntec’s high standards.
- Load, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and materials needed for each project.
- Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Actively follow and support all safety policies, procedures, and jobsite guidelines.
- Support the team by performing additional duties as needed to keep projects moving smoothly.

- Reliable, punctual attendance — ready and on time for Safety Pre-Task Planning every day.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding work in outdoor and field environments.
- Comfort working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated structures.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to follow instructions with moderate supervision and stay focused on quality.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position when required for finishing tasks.
