What you would be doing:
Assisting with the  Loan Officer/Sales Manager through managing the team’s marketing, social media and event campaigns.  Key responsibilities include: 

  • Managing and updating social media sites and campaigns, creating exciting content and campaigns while adhering to company guidelines
  • Coordinating Happy Hour and Lunch and Learn events with clients, vendors and internal team members
  • Executing gifting program and Email drip campaigns
  • Sending out thank you cards and birthday cards
  • Creating and sending out printed marketing collateral (open house flyers, etc.) 
  • Representing and being the "face" of the Loan Officer’s Team in a professional, outgoing and upbeat manner.  

 

What we need from you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week in our professional office
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • World class customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail and time management skills
  • Super high energy and the ability to multitask in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and hold your Team Members accountable 
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Previous office experience preferred, marketing, social media and event coordination background is a plus
  • Stable work history a must
  • MS Office skills

Starting pay ranges between $17-$20/hr DOE
