Job Duties and Responsibilities

To support the Senior Commercial Coordinator in managing the Nissan business account by preparing, analysing and reporting commercial data / quotations to improve current pricing as well as ensuring new model pricing is consistent and profitable. Tasks will include but not be limited to:

ü      Full preparation, analysis and submission of design change quotations for cost reduction (VA / VE) and RFQ’s for new vehicle model change

ü      Trial and service part orders, conversing internally to ensure on time deliveries and acting as the sole contact to the customer via email / telephone

ü      Managing and preparing quotations, price tracking and month end reporting via Excel

ü      Margin checks in order to maintain / increase profitability of our products

ü      Working with the accounts department to check invoice pricing, purchase orders and manage all zero priced parts

ü      Assisting current and new business Deputy Sales Account manager by downloading data / studies, ad hoc management studies

ü      Continual improvement in current processes, i.e: department efficiency improvements

ü      Upkeep and maintenance of our internal auditing systems

ü      Carry out other comparable duties as required by the line manager

Skills, Qualifications and Experience required

ü      Basic financial and pricing understanding

ü      Sales, administrative, customer service /account management experience

ü      Must be able to effectively communication both written and verbally in English

ü      Intermediate to advance Excel level

ü      Attention to detail

ü      Current, valid UK driving licence

Special Conditions

       High degree of flexibility and multi-tasking

       Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel

       Applicants must have the existing right to live and work in the UK
