Conn Mold Set up (A & C shift 7pm-7am rotating shifts

| REQUIREMENTS: | ||||||||||
| 1) Must pass Set-up Test Battery. | ||||||||||
| 2) Will be required to pass Entry Level, Level I and Level II Skill evaluations within 9 months. | ||||||||||
| 3) Must maintain Skill Level II to stay in Set-up position. | ||||||||||
| 4) Must have 6 month experience in CMG | ||||||||||
| ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: | ||||||||||
| Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position. Must not have active written | ||||||||||
| corrective action. | ||||||||||
| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: | ||||||||||
| Attend to any red-light and startups before doing mold changes; unless directed otherwise. | ||||||||||
| Complete mold changes by obtaining mold from rack, gathering necessary tools and | ||||||||||
| completing the change as instructed by work instructions, to include material changes as | ||||||||||
| necessary. Complete required paperwork (setup check sheets, mold trouble report, | ||||||||||
| condition sheets, etc.) Assist other set-up operators during slow periods. Report mold | ||||||||||
| problems or questionable conditions to the department leader, coordinator or | ||||||||||
| supervisor. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and | ||||||||||
| follow prescribed safety regulations. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, | ||||||||||
| directed or assigned. | ||||||||||
