Conn Mold Set up (A & C shift 7pm-7am rotating shifts

Position at Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc.

REQUIREMENTS:         
1) Must pass Set-up Test Battery.       
2) Will be required to pass Entry Level, Level I and Level II Skill evaluations within 9 months. 
3) Must maintain Skill Level II to stay in Set-up position.     
4) Must have 6 month experience in CMG          
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:          
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position. Must not have active written  
corrective action.         
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:          
Attend to any red-light and startups before doing mold changes; unless directed otherwise.  
Complete mold changes by obtaining mold from rack, gathering necessary tools and  
completing the change as instructed by work instructions, to include material changes as 
necessary. Complete required paperwork (setup check sheets, mold trouble report,  
condition sheets, etc.) Assist other set-up operators during slow periods.  Report mold  
problems or questionable conditions to the department leader, coordinator or   
supervisor. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and          
follow prescribed safety regulations. Will be required to perform other duties as requested,  
directed or assigned.
