Technical diploma or Associate’s Degree in Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Not a requirement but an advantage (At least 1 - 2 years work experience as process technical assistant in a
Semiconductor or Electronics Company) Familiarity with automation systems, barcode tools, or digital production
platforms
Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes is an advantage. Proficient in using digital tools and MS Office.
Basic Knowledge in automation logic and machine interface systems. Strong troubleshooting and hands-on
technical skills. Basic understanding of PLC or machine communication is a plus. Keen to detail; work with
minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking
