Pay:
· Starting pay: $20.72 per hour
· Night Shift Differential: $ +2.0 per hour
· Production Incentive: percentage range from 5% to 15% of hours worked pay!
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in a fast pace manufacturing environment
· Ability to monitor, process, lift and stack Chopped Steel Fiber Product weighing up to 50lbs.
· Comfortable with math, unit conversions, production rates, and other tasks
· Good work history and Clean Background Check. Must be able to pass Drug Test and Physical.
· Superior Attendance Record and Reliable Team Player
· Strong Attention to Safety
