Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering
With at least 5 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor / Electronics Company preferably Plating & Wet processes.
In depth knowledge in FPC/PCB manufacturing processes.
Can effectively communicate (verbal & written).
Expert in Problem Solving Tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, OCAP, 7 Quality Control Tools, Six Sigma, DOE
Keen to details, can work and deliver result even under pressure, with good analytical and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization: Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for efficiency, throughput, and resource utilization (labor, energy, materials).
Design & Documentation: Develop Process Flow Diagrams, mass/energy balances, equipment specifications, and operating manuals.
Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, manage project execution, and support new product introductions.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-the-floor support, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve complex production issues.
Safety & Compliance: Lead HAZOP studies, ensure adherence to ESH standards, and develop safety protocols.
Mentorship: Train and guide junior engineers and operators.
