Parts Coordinator (Japanese/English Bilingual)
Description
We are looking for a Parts Coordinator working in our Austin, TX office. This person will be responsible for parts coordination at Nissin's ion implanters. This is a non-exempt position. This person will report directly to the Parts Control Manager.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all logistics, bookkeeping works, and inventory management
- Pack parts to be sent to customers and repair service vendors
- Upack parts received from suppliers and customers
- Arrange shipment, drop off shipment at carriers, and paperwork for logistics
- Perform management of accounts payable and receivables
- Communicate with customers via email and phone calls
- Report daily to the NIUSA management and communicate with the parent company (Nissin Ion Equipment Co., LTD, or “NIC”) in Japanese
- Learn technical aspects of NIUSA products to relay customers’ demands to NIC
- Provide technical support to NIUSA engineers.
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese (business level).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work on a PC environment.
- Ability to work in import/export logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, competencies and location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation and benefits package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives.
