As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day store and financial operations of a multi-million dollar business. Our General Managers develop and deploy a mix of skill sets:  marketing strategies, technology troubleshooting, financial analysis/reporting, sales tactics, leadership methodologies, workforce planning, inventory management, supply chain solutions, vendor management, recruiting approaches, human resource functions, and safety compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3+ years of retail or hospitality industry experience.
  • 3+ years management experience directly supervising staff
  • Prior Assistant Manager or General Manager level experience
  • Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings/nights and special events as needed.
  • Sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • 18+ years of age.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a C-Store and/or food service environments.
  • Prior supervisory experience in Food Service, Retail, or Convenience Store environment.
  • Experience working with MS Excel.
  • Experience with financial reporting, P&L management, and safety compliance.
