Billing Analyst - 1925
STV currently has an opening in our Douglassville office for a Billing Operations Analyst. The Accounts Receivable position is responsible for project set-up and maintenance in accordance with contractual terms and conditions and ensures accurate and timely invoicing to our Clients.
Our current team works directly with Project Managers on their financial needs for their projects. It is an all-around team effort - both with the Project Managers as well as the Accounting team. We also work directly with our Clients in an effort to provide our Clients with the best service as well as taking some of that effort off of the Project Managers. We pride ourselves on the great relationships with have with our Project Managers as well as each other. Additionally, we get to experience the great projects our company has done and we take great pride in knowing we are part of the team in making it all come together. The work is busy - but the relationships with our employees are rewarding.
Perform all aspects of Project Accounting from project setup and revision; review and adjustment of time and expense charges; review recognition; billing; WIP analysis and reconciliation; collections/AR reconciliation; AP and project closeout.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business (preferred)
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in financial and/or project accounting
- Prior Experience In A/E billing
- Prior Experience with State agencies preferred
- Detail Oriented
- Good Communication Skills
