During STV’s Internship Program, you will be paired with an experienced “Buddy” and work with some of the industry’s best who will prepare you for full-time employment upon graduation. In addition to meaningful work on many world-class projects, we offer a full schedule of events and trainings throughout the 10+ week program.
As an Intern, you can gain real-world engineering, architectural, or construction management tasks, supporting public infrastructure, commercial, and industrial project design teams with technical tasks. Specific activities will vary by assignment. You will have the ability to network with other interns, learn new skills, gain experience, and even have fun!
Qualifications
In process of completing a bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited university in the fields of Civil/Transportation/Traffic/Rail-Transit Structural/Planning and/or W/WW Engineering.
Knowledge of industry related software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and/or MicroStation
Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
