What you will do:
Join the vibrant and dynamic engineering team at Studio Graphene, a forward-thinking tech company based in Gurgaon. As an Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in connecting business objectives with customer needs by translating them into precise software requirements. Your technical prowess in testing will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
Analyse and communicate effectively with developers to elucidate requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria.
Validate features upon the completion of requirement implementation.
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, scripts, and reports for projects of varying sizes, covering functional and non-functional aspects.
Employ various software testing techniques to verify that the code meets acceptance criteria.
Measure and report test coverage.
Proactively identify potential quality issues and escalate them promptly.
Collaborate with Project Managers to develop the project quality strategy, prioritise requirements, and shape sprint/release plans.
Engage with business stakeholders to acquire user feedback and refine requirements.
Collaborate with Product Owners to define Acceptance Criteria and the Definition of Done for user stories.
Deliver client demos and capture feedback/inputs.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience as a Quality Analyst.
BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate directly with clients onsite in the UK.
Solid problem-solving skills and conflict resolution capabilities.
Experience in Mobile app testing, Integration testing, and API testing.
Proficient in software testing for mobile/web environments.
Familiarity with development methodologies like Agile.
Nice to Have:
Automation development experience using scripting and coding languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Perl, etc.).
API testing experience, understanding of REST API, SOAP, or related.
Familiarity with software test frameworks.
Experience with NFR testing, including Performance, Security, SEO, Accessibility, and Analytics.
Familiarity with working in a global software team in an agile environment.
