What you will do:

We are looking for Senior Analysts to join our energetic and dynamic engineering team in Gurgaon. As a Senior Analyst at Studio Graphene, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the business domain and customer needs, translating them into precise software requirements. Your deep technical expertise in testing, including the creation of test cases and utilisation of various software testing techniques, will be essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.  

Requirements:

• Analysing and communicating effectively with developers to explain Requirement/User Stories and acceptance criteria.
• Validating features at the end of the implementation of the requirements.
• Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying sizes from functional & non-functional aspects.
• Verify that the code meets the acceptance criteria through different software testing techniques.
• Measuring and reporting test coverage.
• Analyse specific quality problems ahead of time by identifying potential quality issues as per the defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately.
• Develop the project quality strategy by working with the Project Managers on the project roadmap, prioritising requirements, and fleshing out the sprint/release plans.
• Communicating effectively with business stakeholders to acquire user feedback and refine requirements.
• Work with Product Owners to define Acceptance Criteria and the Definition of Done for the user stories.
• Delivering client demos and capturing the feedback/ inputs.
• Ability to work well independently.

 Experience:

• At least 4-7 years of relevant experience as a Quality Analyst.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to directly communicate with clients in the UK.
• Ability to identify, resolve conflict and solid problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Mobile App testing, Integration testing, and API testing.
• Experience in software testing for mobile/web environments.
• Well-versed with various development methodologies like Agile.

 Nice to have :

• Experience in developing automation using scripting and coding languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Perl etc.).
• Experience in API testing, understanding of REST API, SOAP or related.
• Experience with any software test frameworks.
• Experience with NFR testing like - Performance, Security, SEO, Accessibility, Analytics.
• Familiarity with working in a global software team in an agile environment.
• Effectively capture business requirements to write the user story and acceptance criteria.
