Role Overview:   
We are seeking a highly motivated and delivery-focused Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in London. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their marketing career, as the view is to rapidly develop this position into a management role. Reporting to the Bid & Marketing Lead and working closely with the BD & Preconstruction Director, the senior leadership team and an external marketing agency, this role is pivotal in driving positioning activities that enhance our market reputation. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-designing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, writing compelling content and delivering photography and videography projects, while ensuring alignment with our brand identity and strategic objectives.   
   
Responsibilities:   
  • Coordinate and deliver communications campaigns and a content plan, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, corporate marketing and an external agency to develop effective narratives and creative content to promote our projects, people and business.
  • Develop case studies and topical content promoting STL’s projects, teams and growth targets.
  • Produce visually appealing B2B marketing collateral and sector brochures, event artwork and site branding that aligns with STL’s brand and tone of voice.
  • Manage digital campaigns across various channels, including Email, LinkedIn and the website.
  • Develop creative briefs, manage photo and video projects, ensuring high standards of delivery within budget.
  • Manage and update content libraries, including OpenAsset, Cosential, utilising project management tools like Click-Up
  • Liaise with client PR teams on project press releases and act as a guardian of STL’s tone of voice and key messaging.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on impactful internal communications that drive colleague engagement.
  • Deliver regular reports on engagement, data and trends.
  • Contribute to the creation of a high-performance, innovative team environment.
Qualifications and Skills:   
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing within the built environment.
  • Creative flair and storytelling ability with an eye for graphics.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent project management, organisational and planning skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management experience.
  • Highly effective organiser who manages multiple workstreams at any given time.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B copywriting, content creation, and management.
