As our ESG Manager, you will assist with setting the overall strategy and ambition level together with Management for SteelSeries’ sustainability activities and supporting implementation. Central to this work is the translation of sustainability trends and requirements into targets and actions. You will work closely with different functions and business areas.


You will be responsible for contributing to SteelSeries’s brand. You document and communicate SteelSeries’s sustainable business practices to Management to help strengthen investors, customers and other stakeholders’ confidence and SteelSeries’s reputation.

You will be responsible for identifying sustainability driven business development opportunities and developing strategies, programs, and initiatives to address these. You will independently run high impact and strategic sustainability projects in close collaboration with several business areas (R&D, Operations, Finance etc.). You will engage with external partners and organizations to bring relevant knowledge and insights to our organization, as well as to position us as a sustainability leader within our business area.


You will be joining the Group Reporting team and report to the Head of Group reporting and be working out of either Copenhagen or Warsaw, depending on your location.



  • Spearhead flagship sustainability business development projects.
  • Drive target setting process for non-financial targets.
  • Deliver Sustainability reporting to Management and subsequently investors and other stakeholders, including the sustainability report
  • Secure compliance with applicable laws and regulations within Sustainability
  • Delivering high quality analyses to build recommendations to the line of business for improving sustainability performance in line with stakeholder expectations
  • Supporting the development of sustainability improvement initiatives and projects
  • Keeping up-to date on relevant sustainability developments globally
