  • Be responsible for the monthly business review process and presentation to GN management, which will include financial, operational, and other business-relevant reporting
  • Be deeply involved in our budget and forecasting processes, including data validation, consolidation, and reporting
  • Be responsible for the business case preparation, including yearly updates following the end of annual reporting and continuous updates/maintenance in liaise with the relevant internal teams (e.g., sales, R&D and operation teams)
  • Prepare input for weekly meetings with Sales and Operations, allowing for the discussion and analysis of short-term sales expectations

Personal skills:

  • You are a quick learner, allowing you to easily get the lay of the land in terms of our business, our existing data, and our reporting. In addition, your commercial mindset allows you to think optimization across the entire value chain.
  • To really be able to shape your own role, you will need just the right mix of humility, curiosity and initiative. Moreover, you will need the ability to create fruitful relationships and strong lines of communication across the organization and with stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Your open and communicative personality means that you fare well in an international organization where you will not be able to see people face-to-face every day – and that you embrace changes in anything from strategy to input from your peers.
  • You consider yourself responsible and proactive, and if you see anything not up to par, you take action and help solve the issue. With your analytical and curious nature, you enjoy learning new things and putting your findings into a broader perspective.
