ABOUT YOU:  You are passionate about finding great employees to help businesses grow.  You have a thoughtful approach to Talent Acquisition and are able to guide Hiring Managers through processes, policies, and managing budgets.  You are naturally curious and looking for ways to make things better through recruiting and sourcing, but you also stay current and want to be involved in organizational strategy around diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, employee value propositions, interview best practices, and campus recruiting initiatives.



NECESSARY SKILLS:  The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience both in an agency setting, as well as internally.  You will need to be thoughtful in communication internally, as well as aware of employer brand externally.  You will need to be confident and self-directed, taking ownership wherever you see a need you can support.



WITHIN 1 MONTH YOU WILL:  Learn the internal talent acquisition processes and meet with various stake holders within the business to understand their needs and challenges with recruiting.



WITHIN 3 MONTHS YOU WILL:  Be fully up and running with recruiting for various roles in the US and Denmark.  You will also begin assisting with process improvement and interview training, as well as compensation analysis and employer branding initiatives.



WITHIN 9 MONTHS YOU WILL:  Be a go to person for most hiring needs, as well as working on various organizational projects including DE&I initiatives, partnership building, and campus recruiting/internship program creation.
