We’re seeking a coordinator to support the Global Marketing team at SteelSeries and help drive the operational process for campaigns and new product launches. Your mission is clear: centralize our marketing operations, how they flow from and to, making sure they are enhanced through work processes across the team. You will also assist in managing key project deliverables and requests/briefs that come to the marketing team in general. You will become a key member that will successfully lead workflow optimization, as well as program management discipline and collaborate closely across Product, Brand, and Creative teams to execute best-in-class marketing campaigns on a global scale.


Requirements

  • 3+ experience managing marketing programs or project management 
  • Advanced MS Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Experience managing Wrike software or other project management software experience is a must and should be proficient in explaining/onboarding new processes
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, execute tasks, and handle a range of projects simultaneously within a high-pressure environment
  • Marketing acumen and previous experience launching products or developing marketing campaigns with various functional groups is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communications skills with drive to solve problems quickly 
  • Process driven, highly organized and methodical with excellent time management skills and work ethic 
  • An enthusiastic and committed attitude, and able to handle ambiguity and change
  • Self-starter with ability to think independently and work autonomously when necessary 
  • Solid discipline building/instrumenting metrics to track, optimize and measure program contribution to KPIs
  • Experience with digital asset management and data organization
  • An understanding and passion for gaming and esports is preferred


After the first month, you will

  • Use Wrike, or other project management system, to roadmap upcoming projects and deliverables
  • Use Wrike to assign tasks and define priorities for the global marketing team
  • Understand SteelSeries’ marketing priorities and objectives
  • Support on tracking budget reports, ROI and lead postmortem meetings
  • Proactively identify and resolve or escalate operational issues impacting global marketing execution performance
  • Manage inventory for SteelSeries merch and select promotions
  • Collaborate with Creative and Brand Management teams to learn on best practices and deliver solutions that improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness
