As our new Group Financial Controller, you will be joining a great team of dedicated and professional colleagues across Finance. You will work out of our Financial Headquarter in Copenhagen and you will report to the Head of Group Reporting. You will join the team who is responsible for the preparation, analysis, and release of Group financial consolidated statements, in accordance with IFRS, our financial compliance framework and our global reporting schedules. As complexity and extent of financial reporting and compliance are continuously growing, we have decided to further strengthen our Group Reporting team by adding this newly created position.

The position


Job overall purpose

  • You will be responsible for the preparation, analysis and release of Group financial consolidated statements in accordance with IFRS, the financial compliance framework and the global reporting schedules together with the rest of them team and further strengthen our financial controlling.



Key areas of responsibility

         Group and Monthly reporting to board and investors

         Strengthen our financial reporting master data structures

         Participate in Group Projects to ensure correct accounting treatment and reporting i.e. in relation to M&A activities

         Collaborate with finance managers to ensure closing processes are according to standards set by Group Reporting

         Develop and maintain our documentation of our consolidation and reporting processes to ensure efficient operation of systems, processes, controls, and accuracy of financial reporting

         Assist with establishing our Financial Controlling


Travel activities is expected but less than 14 days a year.


Critical experience

  • Experience from group consolidation and reporting positions(s) and/or from working as an auditor
  • M&A experience is preferred
  • IFRS understanding is an upside
  • Experience with designing and implementing controls is an upside



         Sound analytical skills within financial information

         Mastering Excel and other consolidation tools

         Fluent communicator in English – both written and spoken

         Cand.merc.aud or HD(R) with auditor experience
