As an eCommerce Merchandiser on the SteelSeries digital team, you will execute best in class site merchandising strategies that optimize conversion rates and deliver a seamless customer journey. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, promotions, and eCommerce initiatives.



Who You Are:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an eCommerce role
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and to manage cross functional business partners
  • Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with ability to effectively juggle multiple projects at one time.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and react with appropriate sense of urgency
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have an interest in the tech/games-industry and would like to make an impact on it



  • Knowledge of website optimization, A/B testing, customer journey, on-site search, and traffic analysis
  • Experience working with CMS tools (Django CMS a plus)
  • Experience with Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Tableau)
  • Working knowledge of eCommerce Platforms




  • Drive site-merchandising and on-site search strategies, ensuring optimal presentation of product as measured by conversion and average order size.
  • Monitor web analytics reporting to increase traffic and site speed, optimize navigation and customer paths, and checkout conversion.
  • Build & maintain coupon and promotional codes and ensure that our promotions are adequately represented on the website.




  • Oversee new product introductions, ensuring that our products launch on time and that new content is accurate and promotes increased purchase behavior.
  • Work with our SEO agency to ensure merchandising assets and deliverables are optimized for organic search performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally on content calendar and digital marketing initiatives for ecommerce, including home page, navigation, and landing page creation, to support the brand and business objectives.
  • Implement global currencies for existing product assortment and all new product launches.
