HomeStar Residential Service is seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Broker to lead the sales efforts of homes owned by the parent company. The Managing Broker will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of the sales process, from marketing and listing properties to negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
 
The role presents a distinctive opportunity, offering access to an extensive inventory of homes owned by an affiliate of HomeStar Residential Services. In Arizona, Florida and Georgia, this affiliate owns thousands of homes, providing the broker with an immediate avenue to generate commissions and establish a robust sales record. The scale of available properties not only facilitates immediate commission opportunities but also sets the stage for long-term success and growth within the real estate market.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Negotiating between buyers and sellers to facilitate contractual agreements that are in the best interests of all parties involved.
  • Soliciting clients by promoting the brokerage, networking, marketing, and offering real estate services to prospective clients.
  • Providing information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability to clients.
  • Collaborating with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys, and other external stakeholders involved in various real estate transactions.
  • Drafting sales and purchase contracts to be completed upon the closing of real estate transactions.
  • Ensuring that all real estate transactions are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase or sale of properties.
Requirements:
  • Real estate broker’s license in Arizona, Florida and/or Georgia.
  • 7+ years work experience as a real estate broker.
  • Successful sales record.
  • Ability to work independently and able to supervise a team of agents.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable about the property market and best practices.
