The role: Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our dynamic team based in our Leeds office.

Why we need you:-

As Product Manager in our loyalty area of the business you will own projects from initial idea, through business requirements and design, development, to delivery to players and post-delivery maintenance. You’ll need to translate stakeholder ideas/ high level deliverables into detailed product requirements for features for engineering. Whilst also, sorting large projects into meaningful independent tasks through discovery and analysis practices.

You will be required to create roadmaps and plans for the delivery of new features. As well as, monitoring and analyzing product / feature performance and driving reiteration process. You’ll work on multiple projects and use strong time management skills, prioritizing your workload accordingly. You will have full responsibility for the final product that is delivered to players.

Who are we looking for:-

  • Very strong analytical abilities
  • A creative and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Knowledge of iGaming industry, particularly marketing
  • Experience in multi-channel digital environments (desktop / mobile / tablet)
  • Solid experience in user journey mapping and customer experience management
  • An appreciation of workflow management within enterprise marketing/e-commerce functions.
  • Ability to function as a self-starter with an emphasis on getting things done

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Previous experience in product management within a lean / agile development methodology with in-depth knowledge of CRM/Marketing and online marketing platforms is desirable. An understanding of web-based technologies and ability in requirements engineering, gap analysis, business process mapping and analysis, building business cases etc is advantageous.
