Part-Time Guest Service Associate
   
The Guest Services Associate provides all guests with an exceptional guest experience while finalizing their sales order.
   
Reports To: Store Management 
   
Essential Functions:   
  • Finalizes the sales order in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provides all guests with an IT Guest Experience.
  • Completes daily audits and Office Checklist.
  • Assists guests with any easy questions on their orders or accounts.
  • Directs any guest issues and concerns with a sense of urgency to store management or Customer Care Center.
  • Answers incoming calls and directs them to appropriate person/department.
  • Responsible for invoicing all completed sales orders in a timely manner.
  • Performs daily audits to ensure accuracy of all open orders.
  • Responsible for opening/closing procedures.   
Requirements:   
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Work Environment: This position operates in a retail showroom environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, tablets and other office equipment.   
 
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and/or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee may stand and/or walk up to 6-7 hours in an 8-hour workday. 
 
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:  
This position requires at least 29/ hours per week as a part of standard retail schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
