Ecommerce Coordinator
The Ecommerce Coordinator will oversee product listings, monitor website performance, coordinate all outbound marketing efforts, maintain Star’s eCommerce platform, and analyze data to help the eCommerce team make informed decisions.
Reports To: Director of eCommerce and Digital Marketing
 
Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for loading new products and photography to website, collaborating closely with merchandising team to ensure correct images and SEO friendly product copy are shown.
  • Assist with the planning of Promotional Site Content updates – from home pages to internal landing pages collaborating closely with the Art Director.
  • Proof merchandise content.
  • Manage Promotions and coupons set up on the website.
  • Manage Store Hours and special hours on website.
  • Assist with testing site functionality with the IT Team. 

Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus.
  • One year of experience working in a CMS tool on an eCommerce Website in a retail environment, as plus but not required.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills including all Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, tablets, and other office equipment.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work: This position and hours of work would routinely be 40+ hours per week. Given the nature of the position, there may be occasions when extra hours and travel may be required.
