Major Tasks and Responsibilities 
  • Setting up and installing equipment, upgrades, and retrofits off-site
  • Providing operator training on new equipment
  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment both on-site and off-site
  • Operating powered and manual hand tools
  • Performing basic electrical work and reading electrical schematics
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical problems efficiently 
Additional Requirements: 
  • Availability for overtime work as needed, including emergency repairs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel to remote facilities up to 70% of the time
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
  • Adherence to company policies, including maintaining a drug-free workplace and following all safety protocols
Work Environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs in a physical environment.  Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.  Ability to make repetitive movements including, but not limited to, sitting and squatting
  • Typically, in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise and fumes, which may cause discomfort.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be eighteen years of age and possess a HS Diploma or GED 
  • Ability to read electrical schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic computer skills required, including familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Excel

Pay Range is between $20.00 / hour and $40.00 / hour depending upon qualifications and experience
