FOCUS TECH is the leader in chemical manufacturing for the printed circuit board industry. We are the only supplier to the PCB industry that designs and manufactures both process chemicals and control systems. Headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, we carry 10 stocking locations nationwide, close to clients offering the industry’s fastest delivery.
We are seeking qualified candidates for our open Sales Leader position at our Tempe facility.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the Focus Tech team in identifying growth opportunities in the printed circuit board and electronics industry, acting as a bridge between chemistry and controller technology, sales, and operations to drive customer focused solutions.
- Oversee and direct chemistry initiatives, engineering projects, and customer support programs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and technical support training on chemical products and controllers.
- Participate and lead key customer meetings to provide general technical insights and promote Focus Tech chemistry and controller solutions.
- Develop executive summaries on existing technology provided and future technology needed ensuring technical alignment supports sales across all regions.
- Manage the needs of customers in order to meet the objectives of the company’s overall business plan and strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 - 15 years' experience of business development, marketing and or sales in electronics or chemistry.
- Experience making or selling products or services in a start-up or early-stage environment.
- Minimum 8 years in a leadership role within the sales & distribution environment.

The pay range for this position is between $165,000 - $195,000 per year depending upon experience and qualifications.
