We are looking for a Mobile App Product Lead to join the Sporting Solutions team in London. Reporting to the Head of Product, your mission is to build and maintain world-class native sports betting apps that we deliver to our B2B customers and our own B2C brand, Sporting Index. Acting as the SME for all mobile applications, you will be responsible for the full end-to-end product life cycle.

You will have strong creative, technical, and problem-solving skills, and draw on results from user experiences, workflow analysis and analytics to shape the evolution of our front-end products.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop an app strategy in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders to maximise CX and app release cycles, and store review and ratings processes
  • Advocate the end-user, to ensure that products offer maximal user experience and value.
  • Contribute to the ideation and design of new sportsbook features, advising on best practice from a UX and UI perspective.
  • Creating product prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flow
  • Optimisation of the mobile product and its features via analysis of customer analytical data, conducting usability studies, market and competitor research and iterating to enhance the user experience
  • Support development, product management, QA and software release teams throughout production.
  • Lead user acceptance testing cycles for new releases
  • Perform mobile app demo’s for internal and external stakeholders, and new potential business
  • Consulting with our B2B clients and internal stakeholders to understand and achieve their product goals within the context of mobile betting application
  • Work with Product managers to influence the short-term and long-term product roadmaps for the sportsbook product
  • Work with Product managers to write detailed and clear requirements and acceptance criteria for development teams
  • Conducting competitor and customer analysis

Person Requirements

  • At least 4 years commercial experience as a mobile product lead, or related role in UX designer or UI development
  • Awareness of industry standards in the sports betting industry
  • Ability to understand complex data dependencies and work them into understandable User Interfaces
  • Excellent communication skills
