Description
The Senior Solution Consultant serves as a trusted clinical advisor, helping customers adopt Spok software to support efficient, high-quality, personalized patient care.
This role guides clinicians in streamlining workflows, supports successful implementations, and provides clinical input to inform future product development.
The Senior Solution Consultant leads solution adoption activities and work sessions that align customer workflow requirements, Spok product capabilities, project scope, and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
> Serve as a trusted advisor to help customers, including management and executive stakeholders maximize use of their Spok Product Suite.
> Lead customer workflow discussions to understand requirements, define use cases, and recommend solution approaches that drive measurable value.
> Partner with Services Leadership, Project Management, and Project Teams to align solution adoption, implementation scope, timelines, and outcomes.
>Promote deep adoption of Spok product solutions and support long-term customer success.
>Document current-state workflows, business processes, and future-state recommendations.
>Provide clinical and business expertise to support application configuration and intended use.
>Manage solution-related issues, scope considerations, change control, and knowledge transfer.
> Collaborate with Product Strategy to share customer requirements and clinical insights that inform future product development.
> Support Sales, Marketing, Support, and other internal teams with solution expertise as needed.
Required Education, Skills, and Experience
>Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience in the healthcare IT space
>Ability to travel domestically 25–50%
>Healthcare, clinical, call center, or related operational experience
>Strong presentation, communication, listening, and customer-facing skills
>Critical thinking skills and familiarity with value stream mapping
>Experience with Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, and Spok Smart Suite
>Ability to manage project work efficiently while meeting an 80% billable target
>Ability to present consulting findings and manage small consulting projects
>Salary range: 100-110k + bonus
