Position & Responsibilities
We are growing our tax team. We are looking for a Tax Admin to support the team. This role will work directly with all levels of the tax department to ensure smooth functioning of the team’s operations. This role will track budgets, process bills, setup POs, obtain legal signatures for tax forms, support tax filings, assist with tracking deadlines, document management, prepare account reconciliations, and provide general administrative support.
- 2+ years experience supporting back office tax operations
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- High level of ethics and integrity
- Initiative, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and positive approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SAP a plus.
