The Enterprise group at Splunk is looking for an engineering leader to help lead and manage a team of passionate engineers working on Splunk's flagship product, Splunk Enterprise.

Roles and Responsibilities:
You will foster an atmosphere of continuous improvement by serving as a coach, mentor, and technical advisor.
You will diagnose and resolve systemic obstacles that prevent your team from delivering high-quality software.
You will work with your manager, your product manager and your peers to ensure alignment of your team’s work within a larger release.
You will plan and support career development.
You will recruit and retain talent.
You have experience with developing and delivering scalable, Enterprise software solutions in “on premise” and “cloud” based deployments.
You are intimately familiar with current front end development technologies, such as React, Node, Webpack, Redux, Backbone, Angular, etc.
You are a hands-on manager that is willing to get hands dirty if needed
You have excellent people management and leadership skills, and a proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members.
You are passionate about building and developing good engineering practices and processes, like test driven development, continuous integration, and build/test/release automation.
