As a member of the IT Planning and Operations team you will collaborate with leadership, finance, and cross-functional partners to lead quarterly, annual, and monthly planning, establish cadences to improve alignment across operational processes, lead and report on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and communicate outcomes across key partner communities. In addition, lead efforts to recruit and retain talent by supporting growth to enable team members to do the best work of their careers, personal wellness, team camaraderie, diversity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Head of IT to establish processes such as weekly leadership meetings, town halls, workshops, and business reviews to drive alignment across the team and organization.
- Define and support key organization and program measurements and OKRs and drive quarterly and annual planning across IT.
- Use strong storytelling expertise to weave a narrative that is concise, compelling, and tailored to internal and external groups based on varied inputs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational and team efficiencies and effectiveness including: alignment with budget processes, reporting, and management (finance), support people planning, recruitment processes, coordination, and tracking (recruiting), expand focus on talent management, streamline roles job competencies, talent calibrations, employee engagement, enablement, and rewards and recognition (HR).
- Lead multi-functional IT-as-a-Business projects from start to finish; including project schedules, identifying risks, clearly communicating goals and outcomes to leadership and partners.
- Provide insightful data-driven, strategic recommendations to leadership based on insights, analysis, experience and technical knowledge to improve processes.
- Adapt work and processes with the organizations Lean-Agile journey.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of equivalent experience in operations, strategy, or planning roles with core responsibilities of forming relationships and leading both strategic and operational programs.
- Excellent communicator at the executive level; with superior analytical skills, and research capabilities.
- Proficient skills in Google Workplace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and collaboration tools.
- Adaptable to a “growth mindset” who works well in an iterative environment and both seeks and welcomes feedback to improve results.
- Energized by the opportunity to work on varied projects throughout the year, with the ability to be a strong “utility player” who can support and advance a range of key programs.
- Proactive thinker able to prioritize and lead multiple processes and timelines.
- Able to work independently and with minimal direction and supervision.
- Good problem solving, resolution, and influencing skills
- Project and program management and planning experience
- Understanding of Lean-agile methodologies
Education
- Bachelor's Degree required. Post-graduate or professional degrees /MBA a plus
