Legal Training Program Specialist
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to maintain and guide a variety of training curriculums focused on internal and external Legal and Compliance training and development programs. You will serve as the primary liaison to the corporate Learning & Development and Field Enablement teams in communicating and implementing trainings across the organization globally through the learning management system (LMS). Working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and external vendors, you will advise on and manage the creation of customized training content covering Legal and Compliance topics. The role is based in San Francisco.

- Collaborate with SMEs on training content creation (E.g., employment, compliance, data security, privacy, sales motion and contracting) and ensuring a consistent look and feel
- In conjunction with SMEs, develop, promote and guide the Legal & Compliance training program strategy, including prioritization and method of delivery.
- Manage all Legal & Compliance trainings and learning paths in the LMS
- Ensure that trainings are developed, launched and completed in accordance with company policy and any external legal or regulatory requirements
- Coordinate corporate training curriculum with other training content owners in Learning & Development and Field Enablement
- Track and provide periodic reports on training completions
- Build enthusiasm company-wide for the Legal & Compliance Training Program
- Gather and share metrics and feedback
- Identify and improve operational processes
- Help with other responsibilities as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including managing and implementing training programs in house
- Experience with learning management systems required
- Experience working in-house at a technology/SaaS company strongly preferred
- Experience working in a public company preferred
