Splunk is looking for a Senior Manager, Compensation to join our Total Rewards team! Reporting to the Senior Director, Compensation, this position will be responsible for compensation client support for business functions across Splunk.

Responsibilities:

  • Compensation client support for business functions at Splunk, requiring strong consultation, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Partner with Business, HRBP and Talent Acquisition on offers, promotions, transfers as a consultant on all aspects of compensation
  • Regular interaction with all levels of management to address compensation issues and develop and implement effective solutions
  • Work on creative compensation packages needed to attract and retain talent
  • Assist on the development and execution of training and education for people managers, in order to enhance manager’s knowledge level of Splunk’s compensation programs
  • Support compensation programs and work on compensation projects, as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years compensation experience:
    • Building salary and equity ranges
    • Market analytics, has worked with Radford survey data
    • Supporting focal and bonus programs
    • Designing offers to attract top talent
    • Designing retention packages
    • Job leveling
    • Understanding of FLSA and other compensation legislated requirements
    • Experience with consulting with and advising executives on compensation
