We are looking for a hardworking Technology & Operational Compliance Program Manager for our Splunk Advisory Assurance Risk and Compliance team with experience in overseeing and managing audit and compliance projects with an emphasis on operational audit efficiency and technology compliance. This position requires a sharp individual who won't miss details while guiding multiple teams. What You'll Be Doing:

  • You'll work in a strategic organization owning technology compliance and audit operations programs across all of Splunk
  • You'll work with audit leadership and executives to define strategy and determine solutions to key challenges
  • You'll act as a liaison between your teams and other internal groups including, but not limited to Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Finance, Sales, and Security
  • You'll own the success of a program from end-to-end, tracking and reporting on progress, and driving resolution of issues.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

  • You have 8+ years’ of IT or Business audit experience from public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or internal audit.
  • You have strong experience in executing and/or program managing operational audit projects such as: issue tracking, remediation, status reporting, benchmarking best practices, and other relevant tasks.
  • You have a deep understanding of cloud and enterprise software technologies and how it relates to technology compliance.
  • You have 2+ years of experience working with major professional audit frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT, FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, etc.).
  • You have experience defining and implementing audit process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • You have experience with understanding and implementing risk management processes including Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) .
  • You're phenomenal at decision-making, consensus building and conflict management. You know how to influence and affect change at all levels of the organization without having positional authority, and you have experience communicating up to the Executive level of an organization.
  • You understand key technical tools such as Jira, Git, Slack, AWS infrastructure, GCP infrastructure, and container management.
  • At least one professional certification required such as CISA, CISSP, CGEIT, CPA, CIA, CFE or other applicable professional certification is a plus.

Education? I've got that.

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience, technical disciplines such as computer science or software engineering a plus
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience a plus
