Security Engineering Intern (Remote - Summer 2022)
Leveraging the latest distributed computing, machine learning, large scale data ingestion and processing techniques the Security Engineering team builds world class products used at the heart of a customers’ security defenses. Our tool sets provide the insights necessary to quickly detect, respond to and recover from sophisticated cyber attacks. Delivered as both Cloud Native and Customer Managed products, Splunk Security Engineering products have deep customer penetration with over 80% of Fortune 500 customers using our products!
What You'll Get To Do:
Take ownership and responsibility to design, implement and release highly visible and impactful customer facing features
Learn and apply cutting edge technologies & techniques in the distributed computing, machine learning, cloud services and software security domains
Work closely with a highly collaborative, inclusive, accomplished and fun team!
Frameworks: SpringBoot, Django, ReactJS
Technologies: Apache Pulsar, Apache Flink, Gradle, Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, Kubernetes, Gitlab, AWS Aurora, DynamoDB, S3 and of course, many internal Splunk technologies
