Role:

We are looking for highly motivated, established software engineers to join our full stack team, whose mission is to create a user experience for the leading Observability platform created by Splunk. You will contribute to the frontend services to create and maintain the Infrastructure Monitoring and Metrics pillar of the Observability Suite at Splunk.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, discuss and implement application features
  • Maintain E2E ownership of selected services and functional areas of our applications
  • Identify scalability, productivity or usability limitations and propose improvements
  • Work across different teams and Product Management on gap and requirements analysis

Requirements:

  • Experience in TypeScript programming and front-end technologies (React or or similar modern framework)
  • Experience in modern UI/UX design
  • Familiarity with automated testing methodologies (Jest and/or Cypress)
  • Knowledge of data streaming, cloud computing and REST APIs
  • Typically a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or 4 years with a Master’s degree in CS/Engineering, or equivalent practical working experience
