We have an outstanding opportunity to expand our Marketing Operations team in the US with this key role reporting into the Manager, Marketing Operations - Stack Architecture.

We are seeking an individual well versed in martech, passionate about learning new tools and methodologies and focused on improving our Marketing performance. Responsibilities include owning key pieces of the global marketing infrastructure, setting the marketing infrastructure roadmap for marketing partners, project management, communicating business impact, and the like.

Responsibilities: I can do that!

  • Partner with our internal marketing groups to determine technology needs and how they fit into our marketing technology stack
  • Interpret requirements from key business owners to accurately identify projects that are critical vs. nice to have
  • Collaborate with our Procurement and Sourcing teams to facilitate timely renewals of technology subscriptions
  • Work with our various marketing teams to ensure accurate data flows between our web properties and underlying infrastructure systems
  • Take ownership of global processes, including support, documentation, enablement, enrichment, data standardization, log monitoring, etc.
  • Work in any area within Eloqua (or Marketo) with proficiency
  • Understand industry best practices for automation tools like Eloqua and SFDC. Best practices can include assessing lead scoring performance, optimizing integrations between Marketing Automation and SFDC, user and data security practices, GDPR/CAN-SPAM/CASL compliance, etc.
  • Take direction, coaching, and adapt to a changing environment with agility. Team-first mentality.
  • Seek enhancement and efficiency at every turn. Have an eye for scale and automation.
  • Bring new ideas to the table and seek constant improvement and growth

Requirements: I’ve already done that!

  • At least 1 year of experience (including internship experience) in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or similar role
  • B.A. in Marketing, Technology, or related field, or related work experience
  • Impeccable written and verbal skills, articulate and clear
  • Strong understanding of modern B2B marketing. Need to have familiarity with concepts such as lead management, demand generation, product led growth, channel optimization, logging, monitoring, customer lifecycle journeys, deliverability, governance, and all topics listed above.
  • Proven track record of success and commitment to goals.
