Splunk is seeking a Product Offering Analyst to join the team to own and maintain our entire line up of cloud products and global availability. This role is critical to communicate where our cloud products are currently being offered and when new service expansions we are planning to offer globally. You will also ensure our customers and sales team receive critical product updates about changes within our offerings in a timely manner.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support the definition of requirements and expectations for product rollouts across Customer Success (CS) and Technical Support Engineers (TSEs)
  • Partner with CS and TSEs to understand current gaps and establish critical information needed to effectively rollout and support products and platform services (backend info, customer rollout schedule, etc)
  • Identify current challenges and CS issues supporting various product and app versions
  • Support alignment across both CS and Product Management
  • Collaborate with PMs to collect current status and future plans for regional availability offerings and customer rollout plans
  • Own and maintain app & product compatibility for all products
  • Own and maintain product regional availability offerings
  • Own and maintain visibility of customer rollout plans for product offerings
  • Own and maintain visibility of backend services roadmap
  • Maintain and publish product End of Sale / End of Life updates

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

  • 2-3 Years experience working with product and/or customer support teams in any capacity
  • Validated history influencing and affecting change at all levels of the organization without having positional authority.
  • Ability to execute and lead teams forward based on strategic plans
  • Strong organizational, communication and presentation abilities
  • High attention and focus on details
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver
  • Experience managing risks and mitigating roadblocks
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technical or business fields

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using Aha for product tracking and creating reports
  • Project management or program management experience
