Sr. Administrative Assistant
Description
- Calendar management - coordinate all meetings including but not limited to team meetings, offsite meetings, customer, partner, investor, media and analyst meetings across global time zones.
- Own and manage the rhythm of the business, including agenda management, notes, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Conserve executive’s time by reading and routing email, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, initiating meetings and greeting guests.
- Expense reporting.
- Provide support in the preparation for meetings
- Manage contacts for Executive, proactively understanding who they are, which have priority and keep track of communication needed for priority contacts
- Field incoming requests; exercise strong judgment and discretion with highly confidential information
- Lead, drive and execute on various team events, socials, offsite meetings, etc.
- Extensive experience in scheduling complicated domestic and international travel.
- Maintain organization charts.
- Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Provide Korea & English translation support for internal & external meetings
- Provide local facilities coordination & support.
- Acts as a liaison for assigned executives relaying and exchanging information with others including: senior leaders, customers and clients, local and national media, and other organizations or constituents.
- Providing backup support for other executives.
- Experience in the capacity of an Executive Assistant supporting and/or reporting to an executive, major in secretary is preferred.
- Incredibly bright, high-energy individual, with a passion to learn and contribute.
- Deep experience performing administrative work that requires analysis, initiative, discretion, and independent judgment. Detail oriented and customer service focused.
- Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process.
- Comfortable with frequent access to confidential information and ability to exercise extreme discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong writing and editing skills.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies.
- Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs.
- Strong relationship management skills, build a personal network throughout the company.
- Ability to prioritize long task lists and meet deadlines with little direction in an often highly ambiguous environment.
- Ability to actively manage projects in a fast-moving, high pressure environment.
- Flexibility working independently or partnering with a variety of teams.
- Ability to quickly learn and follow organizational policies, practices, and operations.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and calendaring skills
- Experience supporting a GTM/ Sales organisation is desirable
- Fluent English is required, overseas experience would be a plus

Base Pay Range
South Korea
Base Pay: KRW 44,000,000.00 - 60,500,000.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
