Role Summary
What you'll get to do
- Lead the development of a communications framework, strategy, and operating rhythm for communicating within the CETO (CRM Engineering and Transformation Office) as well as all strategic partners in Sales, Customer Experience and Marketing.
- Contribute to the vision, strategy, and execution of CETO’s multi-year transformation
- Find ways to support the change teams mission to overcome organizational inertia, individual resistance to change, or change saturation
- Support the CETO VP and leadership team as they align with our stakeholders
- The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people thrive, not survive, while navigating a portfolio of deep change to organizations, business processes, systems and technologies in a fast paced SaaS company.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, deliver and manage a structured comprehensive communications program that fosters organizational efficiency
- Drive a manager first alignment program to inform, educate and engage CETO leaders
- Support the CETO VP and leadership team in the development of assets for Quarterly Business Reviews, Steerco’s, All Hands and more.
- Work closely with your peers focused on change management, culture and chief of staff duties to ensure consistent messaging
- Develop partner engagement plans, including handling feedback loops to identify gaps and introduce plans to address and mitigate issues.
Must-have Qualifications
- 8+years experience and understanding of applying change management methodologies, processes, and tools to build and implement change plans to drive employee adoption.
- Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining people manager alignment programs, including cadence, communications, and facilitation
- Excellent written communications and presentation development; able to build copy for a variety of vehicles and audiences including individual contributors and executives.
- Good problem solving, conflict resolution, and influencing skills
- Ability to lead partner interlocks and engagements with corporate communications
- Project and Program management experience
- Adaptable and open to change
- Detail oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Highly organized and able to take on new initiatives with ease
- Bonus if you have experience with Advisory Panels

Base Pay Range
SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area
Base Pay Range: $132,000.00 - 181,500.00 per year
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts
Base Pay Range: $118,800.00 - 163,350.00 per year
All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.
Base Pay Range: $105,600.00 - 145,200.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
