Role:
Meet the Customer Success and Experience Team
- Lead a team of global Technical Program Managers who are responsible for TS&I projects from kickoff to close out.
- Emphasize and analyze the use of data and customer feedback to optimize programs.
- Lead the lifecycle and timely delivery of all projects and programs.
- Develop standard methodologies around technical project plans outlining tasks, milestone dates and allocation of resources aligned to our roadmaps
- Own and manage technical project escalations through to resolution, and ensure expectations are clearly set with Splunk teams.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project methodology aligned to CS offerings.
- Collaborate with individuals across the company all of CSX

- 12+ years project management or service delivery management experience, with PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Proven experience leading delivery of sophisticated customer projects with cross-functional teams using traditional and agile project delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve program success through influence and partnership.
- Willing to work as part of a diverse, matrixed team, providing and taking guidance to/from stakeholders to achieve organizational outcomes
- Organized with a healthy sense of urgency, able to set, communicate, and meet aggressive deadlines with competing priorities
- Ability to quickly explore, examine and understand complex problems and how it relates to the customer’s business
- Ability to stop, collaborate and listen with technical and non-technical consumers from application developers to executive level partners
- Self-motivated and self-educating, always interested in keeping up with technology and improving oneself
- Experience working for a software vendor delivering services to end user customers is required
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment while working remotely from other members of your team
- Willing to travel up to 25% globally

Base Pay Range
SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area
Base Pay Range: $181,200.00 - 249,150.00 per year
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts
Base Pay Range: $163,080.00 - 224,235.00 per year
All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.
Base Pay Range: $144,960.00 - 199,320.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
