Splunk is searching for a rockstar Partner Marketing Manager, to be a part of our Global Partner Marketing team. This is an individual contributor that will be encouraged to navigate and coordinate with a cross-functional team to drive integrated marketing programs and activities, directly impacting pipeline generation as well as strengthening our brand in the market for SIs and Growth partners in our ecosystem.
You will have a demonstrated track record of leading and coordinating marketing strategy and programs. This position requires critical thinking as well as hands-on execution with the day-to-day coordination and program management of all aspects of the initiatives and campaigns. We are a rapidly growing company and so you should become comfortable with changing priorities and responsibilities.

What you'll get to do

  • Think creatively to drive great opportunities for our partner and their customers.
  • Plan, develop and drive integrated marketing campaigns with strategic and high growth partners
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with marketing teams at partner sites and be the point of contact for strategic partners’ marketing engagement
  • Act as partner evangelist focused on influencing the value delivered to Splunk and its customers through partners
  • Lead MDF budget tracking and utilization in partnership with the field marketing and partner managers to ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Provide a monthly roll-up of key metrics, return on investment, and program effectiveness of strategic partner campaigns to determine value and prioritize resources. Continually evaluate program performance and results to enhance strategies.
  • Work with demand generation teams to engage partners in demand generating activities, as well as ensuring compelling digital marketing materials are available to the ecosystem

Must-have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of partner marketing experience in a technology environment directly supporting sales teams such as Field Marketing and Partner Sales
  • Experience in developing partner facing programs, strong experience in managing and influencing multiple partners of varied sizes to complete shared goals.
  • Possess an expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner community
  • Have end-to-end, hands-on approach to marketing activities and programs
  • Track record of delivering marketing results with a strong analytical mentality
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Eloqua (or equivalent tools)
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.

Note:

Base Pay Range

SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area

Base Pay Range: $51.92 - 71.39 per hour

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts

Base Pay Range: $46.73 - 64.25 per hour

All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.

Base Pay Range: $41.54 - 57.12 per hour

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation, and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
