Education Services Coordinator
Description
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Overall 5+ years of work experience with at least 2+ years of relative experience in coordinator/project management/customer service roles, preferably in a software or similar field
- Specific experience coordinating training or services, or supporting enterprise software sales teams—past experience with a LMS preferred
- Proficient with the Google tools suite and/or MS Office
- Proficient with different web browsers and other online tools, and able to conduct efficient web queries
- Solid background with a variety of web-based desktop tools, including SaaS platforms such as Salesforce
- Ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot problems, and able to maintain a high level of productivity under stressful conditions
- Capacity to learn multiple tasks, and move quickly among different procedures and processes
- Self-starter, quick learner, well-organized, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills with business customers by email and phone
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), especially Saba Cloud, is a plus
- Responding to Education support requests and managing a personal case queue.
- Communicating with customers and partners regarding all aspects of training
- Working with instructors and course developers regarding all scheduling and data management issues
- Overseeing all aspects of the registration process for virtual and onsite classes
- Coordinating services activities with sales, SEs, and other field teams
- Communicating with other service personnel about schedules
- Assisting services personnel with logistics for onsite courses, including location, point of contact, travel, billing, and other procedures
- Scheduling and coordinating scoping calls with services personnel in response to sales
