Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and diligent VoC Platform Administrator to support our global Voice of Customer (VoC) program. This mid-level role centers on platform configuration, survey standards, and embedded data models, while collaborating with IT, Data Engineering, and Operations teams to advance enterprise feedback management.
What you'll get to do
- Qualtrics Platform Configuration & Governance: Manage survey standards, embedded data models, and global contact directory rules.
- User & Permission Management: Create and manage user groups, licenses, roles, and permissions within Qualtrics.
- Survey Design & Standardization: Implement templates, themes, and embedded data structures that align with enterprise feedback standards.
- Embedded Data Models: Configure embedded data fields to ensure consistency across surveys for unified reporting.
- API Integration Support: Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering to define data needs for API configurations and troubleshoot integrations.
- CRM Integration: Lead all aspects of Salesforce-to-Qualtrics integrations to ensure accurate data transfer and event-triggered surveys.
- Sandbox Testing: Manage the Qualtrics Sandbox environment for testing surveys, workflows, and integrations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Operations, IT, and Data Engineering to ensure data pipelines (e.g., to Snowflake) are accurately configured.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct platform audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with VoC standards.
Must-have Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience administering Qualtrics or a similar experience management platform.
- Strong experience configuring survey workflows, embedded data models, and global contact rules.
- Experience integrating Qualtrics with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and collaborating with IT on API configurations.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS data models and customer journey frameworks.
- Familiarity with enterprise data lakes (e.g., Snowflake) and data pipeline tools (e.g., Fivetran, dbt, or ETL tools).
- Good ability to collaborate multi-functionally with IT, Data Engineering, and Operations teams.
Nice-to-have Qualifications
- Qualtrics Platform Administration Certification.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Admin, Snowflake Data Engineer, or API integration certifications.
- Experience working with feedback data models in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Qualtrics Admin experience (3 - 5 years) with Qualtrics Administration Certification
- Technical proficiency in Qualtrics, including advanced survey logic, workflows, and embedded data.
- Experience with survey workflows, embedded data, contact directories, CLF, API integrations, in-platform reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce and enterprise data lake (like a Snowflake).
- B2B VoC (Relationship and Transactional Surveys) Experience.
- Ability to articulate data and platform needs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with experience resolving platform and integration issues.
