How You’ll Make an Impact:
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the captain of our car wash ship. Your role will involve:
- Sales and Membership Growth: Drive wash and membership sales through outstanding customer interactions.
- Operational Uptime: Conduct preventive maintenance and handle repairs to keep things running smoothly.
- Customer Service: Delight customers by addressing questions and handling concerns like a pro.
- Reconciliation: Master POS systems, cash management, and inventory control.
- Team Leadership: Train and motivate your team to keep spirits high and appearances sharp.
- Cleanliness and Appearance: Keep everything from the lot to the wash bay in top-notch condition.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (AA or BS preferred).
- 1-3 years in a supervisory role in car wash or retail operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, sales experience, and a passion for guest satisfaction.
