This is You:

This Key Role will be responsible for leading a field sales team in developing and implementing high growth sales initiatives in new and existing Franchise Dealership markets. This is a hands-on role that is involved in actively selling and closing deals and driving pipeline management to have a direct impact on growing in an exciting and untapped market.

Utilizing knowledge of company products, services, support and technology, you’ll help coach the sales team to build and manage pipelines, proposals and contracts to achieve our aggressive expansion goals. In addition, you will lead your team in developing targeted strategies in order to grow revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans on our industry leading growth.
  • Lead your sales team to fully develop new customers in specific territory regions.
  • Provide coaching and training on sales techniques and closing.
  • Act as a strategic partner in overall sales initiatives and develop consistent measures and programs in conjunction with the marketing department to achieve revenue goals.
  • Deliver on Key Performance Indicators and dashboard metrics to monitor revenue growth progress and track performance relative to plan.
  • Track the competitive marketplace including competitive campaigns, promotions, product specifications, and pricing strategies to compete and win business.
  • Manage all supervisory functions for team, including, but not limited to, interviewing/hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating to ensure continual development of a well-qualified team and to enhance sales success.

 Requirements:

  • Business Degree preferred.
  • 7 + years experience in a Sales Leadership role.
  • Prior experience in the Automotive Franchise Dealership space strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated high-level customer presentation and sales skills.
  • Experience negotiating complex, high dollar value contracts.
  • Must have high level of analytical skills and ability to develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor and improve performance; understand sales quality standards, methods and reporting as required.
  • Highly proficient in technology/tools to drive the sales process: Salesforce, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom.com, LinkedIn.
  • Experience leading multiple, geographically dispersed Sales teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% or more may be required for this position
