Sr. Product Manager – Clinical Platform

Spire Health is looking for a Sr. Product Manager – Clinical Platform to identify the needs and opportunities for our clinical products and services and to drive new features and products from concept to launch. Our clinical platform includes our cloud-based Healthcare Provider Dashboard, First Line Monitoring service, and 3 rd party platform integrations.

Our clinical products are tightly integrated with our wearable sensors with long term patient adherence enabling a differentiated end-to-end leading Remote Patient Monitoring. We have a compelling roadmap with plans to
expand and improve the use of patient biometric data and our novel algorithms focused on individual patient physiology and patterns to promote better care and outcomes for patients. If you’re motivated by the challenge

  • Communicate the product vision and goals and drive the definition of product requirements to guide engineering teams in the design, development and validation of our clinical products and services.
  • Ensure the product capabilities and user experience across different user groups and functions furthers the position of an industry leading remote patient monitoring solution that providers and patients use and value.
  • Contribute to Spire’s Remote Patient Monitoring strategy, leveraging a user centered approach, understanding of healthcare provider pain points, diverse needs of stakeholders, desired clinical outcomes, regulatory frameworks, reimbursement requirements, market trends and competitive landscape. 
  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including Engineering, Clinical Teams, UX, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, Customers, Patients, Industry Partners and leading Research Partners.
  • Discover and share insights about our various customer, internal and partner stakeholders to promote data driven decision making.
  • Proficiency with the generation and management of user stories and product requirements with applications used in the design and development processes of medical software and service components.
  • Technical fluency and flexibility to drive solutions across web-based applications, APIs, algorithms, reporting frameworks, mobile applications, and multi-system provider and partner workflows.
  • Our products produce, ingest, transform, normalize, and analyze a large amount of data from a variety of health data sources. You love and are comfortable working with data and collaborating with engineering and our clinical team to separate the signal from the noise and put data to work.
  • Startup mentality and experience: ability to navigate ambiguity, comfort with defining and driving new opportunities, embracing a test and learn mentality and swiftly scaling winning strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills; ability to communicate effectively across a broad range of audiences, galvanize different opinions around a shared objective, and distill complex problems into simple documentation.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones.
  • Results driven, with a focus on understanding the clinical value and business economic drivers and prioritizing efforts accordingly.
  • When working remotely, access to a quiet, private workspace to participate in or lead video conferencing meetings.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience working in the healthcare, medical device, or biopharmaceutical industry with demonstrated experience delivering innovative technology solutions through product development, commercialization, and regulatory processes.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare or biomedical data types (e.g. biometrics, EHR, claims, etc.).
  • Experience shipping internal- or customer-facing products that address technically challenging problems.
